Offline: Accessed via a personal secure log-in, the tool offers a complete management portal for your booking requirements, from the initial request stage, enquiry response and choice, through to confirmation, amendment and cancellation.  Continued and measurable policy compliance is delivered through the provision of preferred hotels and rates in line with your company policy on each booking request.  

Online: Again accessed via your personal log-in, this option gives the user freedom to book hotels live online, whilst the travel and expenses policy is deployed, managing the requirements in the background.  With full built in corporate rate programme and approval process as required, it ensures a full drive on compliance with measurable results, despite the user being in control.

We don't dictate which option the user should choose and when they should choose it, so have the freedom of working between both without any financial penalties.

Regardless of which option used, the administration management option provides the decision maker with live a on-line reporting tool giving clear visibility of the content of each and every booking request placed by your organisation.  All reports are bespoke to requirement.
